About

Meet Glenda Clementson who can offer you her professional counselling and psychotherapy skills tailored to suit you.

Her office is located at Gorokan on the Central Coast NSW. Alternatively, Glenda can arrange to meet you at an agreed place, online via Skype or by telephone counselling.

I will listen carefully to you supporting you with my authentic therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy style to assist you in your recovery from any concerns you are having. This could include issues with stress, panic attacks, paranoia, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and addictive behaviours. I can help you understand and ‘make sense’ of your current feelings. You will then experience change in a gentle way towards life going forward.

My counselling style is relaxed, supportive and empathetic as I listen to your concerns. I will coach you in mindful and body-felt skills and techniques so you too can listen to your body’s inner wisdom experiencing heart felt ‘insights’ that will shift you forward  towards fulfilling your hopes and dreams. You will realise new possibilities and experience a freedom of choice  like a breath of ‘fresh air’ towards living more authentically, experiencing your life fully today.
